Shipping Policy
Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are generally shipped the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee this. Occasionally, some products are not in stock, which may cause delivery delays. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible.
The prices shown do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are: €6.90 per order.
Shipping Methods
Delivery is made by postal service or carrier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, DPD, GLS). Delivery generally takes place the next business day between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You may wish to return an order. Perhaps because the product doesn't meet your expectations or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without having to provide a reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund, including shipping costs. You are only responsible for the return shipping costs from your home to the online store. These costs amount to approximately (€-) per package; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product and all its accessories must be returned in their original condition and packaging, if possible. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@euperfume.com. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for testing, we may charge you for the product’s depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged upon return.
